Cann's Electrical is a family-run business based in Cardiff, working across the city, the Vale and the surrounding valleys. You deal with the same person from the first phone call through to the certificate.

The same electrician, start to finish
We take a single socket as readily as a full rewire. Being local means we are not far away if something needs looking at again, and you deal with the same person each time.
There are no subcontractors and no rotating crews. The person who prices your job is the person who turns up to do it, and the same number reaches him afterwards.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before, or who were told about us by a neighbour. That is the way we would rather it stayed, which is why the standard of the work matters more to us than the number of jobs in a week.

How we work
Appointments are booked around you and the other trades. If something has to move, you hear it from us first rather than finding out on the day.
Every job is quoted in writing and itemised. If we find something unexpected once we open it up, it is discussed and priced before we carry on.
Dust sheets down, cable runs planned around your decoration, and the property left clean at the end of the day.
Work is tested on completion and the documentation handed over, so you have the paperwork if you sell, let or insure the property.
